SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders for non-custom items are sent by nationally recognized courier or USPS and typically arrive 5 to 14 days after the shipping date, depending on recipient’s location. Where a tracked shipping service has been selected, you will receive full courier tracking details once the order has been shipped. Please note that custom garments, such as blazers, will take 6-8 weeks to manufacture, so please be patient with us while we make your treasured garment.
You may cancel your order for non-custom items any time prior to shipping by calling us at (704) 469-5040 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in which case we will cancel your order immediately and issue a full refund of your payment. A confirmation of the cancellation will be emailed to you. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order falls under our Returns and Replacements policy detailed below. [If you wish to cancel your order for any custom items, such as blazers, you may do so within 7 days from your order date for a full refund. Given the custom nature of our blazers, we are not able to issue any refunds on orders not cancelled within this time period as your custom item is already in production after this time period.] We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging with all tags still attached for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund. Any refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it. We understand everyone makes mistakes (including us!), so please review your personalized custom blazer details carefully prior to submitting your order. Please see our online sizing chart, measuring instructions, “how to measure” video or print the measuring form and take it to your own tailor to assist with your measurements prior to ordering custom items. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders for our custom blazers once orders are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For non-custom items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund. Returns received by us after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion for a credit issued for use on our website. It is our desire that our customers feel luxuriant in our exclusive garments, but regrettably we cannot accept returns of custom items, such as blazers, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
- We will send you a prepaid shipping label to for returns of any items that have a manufacturing error or product defect. Returns are at the customer’s cost for any items returned for any other reasons. For any items you are returning to us without our prepaid shipping label, we recommend you obtain proof of delivery as we are not liable for goods and packages you send us that may become lost in transit.
- All items must be returned in the same saleable condition as you received them, in the original packaging and tags attached.
- If you are returning items which you have purchased during a promotion with a free gift, the entire order must be returned, including the free gift, in order to qualify for a full refund.
- If you are requesting an exchange for your items, please give us full details of your requested exchange. Items exchanged for returned goods are subject to a postage charge as well as any additional cost for the replacement item above the cost of the exchanged item.
- In order that we may process your return expeditiously, please enclose your name, address, email address, telephone number, order number and detailed description of all items you are returning, all of which can be found on your email invoice.

Our team endeavors to ensure the quality of all items is thoroughly checked before your item is shipped to you. If you believe there is a manufacturing error or product defect with your item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and include photographs of the issue, along with a brief description.
- If we consider your goods to be faulty, we will request you return them to us for assessment. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the goods to us.
- If your item is found to have a quality issue, we will replace it free of charge and return it to you as quickly as possible.

Of course, we love to receive compliments from our customers, but we also sincerely appreciate all feedback and take any complaints seriously so that we may act swiftly to resolve any issues in order to make sure our customers are satisfied.
The Olde School Blazer Company accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery.
WHEN DO WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT?

The Olde School Blazer Company operates an address verification system (AVS) for your security. Orders can fail the verification process if the Billing and Delivery address do not match the card you are using for purchase.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Once all the details associated with your order have been confirmed and submitted by you, we will send you an email confirming that we have received the order. This confirmation email is not a guarantee of stock availability. In the rare instance we are unable to fulfill your order, we will not charge you for any unavailable items from your order and do our best to let you know as soon as possible when we expect the items will be back in stock.
For non-custom items, we aim to ship your order within 5 working days from your order date.
All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by their card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, The Olde School Blazer Company will validate all names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the www.oldeschoolblazer.com website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by email, telephone or letter to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency, which may keep a record of the information. These measures are taken as extra protection for you and to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
We make every effort to describe and display items as accurately as possible; however, color displays can vary depending on your computer settings. The colors of the products you order may differ from what you see on screen. We cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors or the other content is accurate, error free or complete.
We do not share any data collected via our website with any third parties, except in connection with reporting royalties or revenues under shared revenue agreements.
The Olde School Blazer Company reserves the right to refuse any order at any time for any reason, without needing to state the reason for any such refusal. Sales restrictions currently in place include, but are not limited to, restrictions on sales to known high risk territories, to locations where known distribution problems exist and to individuals where insufficient identity verification has been obtained to process a payment.

The Olde School Blazer Company is officially licensed by Learfield Licensing Partners to produce officially licensed collegiate apparel and accessories. In addition to the licensing royalties for “Officially Licensed” goods that we pay to each school, The Olde School Blazer Company endeavors to support fundraising efforts of school organizations, including alumni and athletic associations through sales of our custom designed garments.
